- You are in the home page of Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu
- Select the fourth option which is Online Registration Facility
- Now you are in the Online Registration link
- There select Form 6 because you are an New Elector
- Select the Answer NO for the question which is Whether you have registered already in any other place
- Duly fill the application form and upload photo or you can catch a photo there with the camera provided there
- Enter Verification Code and then submit
