Job seekers who have hold graduation or post graduation with minimum 60% marks can apply for PO post if their age is within the prescribed age limit as per their category. Candidates who have hold graduation can apply for JA or Clerk post if their age is in the given age limit. No specification in stream for the graduation and the post graduation ie candidates who have hold degree with any stream can apply for the post.

The online registration is possible from 11th August 2016. The last date for online registration for the post Probationary Officer and Junior Assistant will be on 31st August 2016. Online test may be held for the post PO and JA on 17th September 2016 and 18th September 2016. If the dates of exam is same then the candidates can download their Admit cards from 12th September 2016 onward

Online Application available TNPSC Assistant Jailor BA/BSc/BCom 2016. Do you have the aim to be a Jailor in Prison Department Tamil Nadu? Good news for you! The online application for the Assistant Jailor is available from yesterday. If you have hold any one of the following degree BA/BSc/BCom then you are eligible to apply for the Assistant Jailor post. However the degree should be done as follows 10+2+3 years. The last date for submitting online will be on 8th April 2016. One of the selection process is the Main Written exam which is scheduled on 24th July 2016. 

There will be two papers in the exam. The first paper will be held in the morning session whereas the second paper will be held in the noon session. The time duration for each paper will be three hours. The total number of questions will be 200 for each paper. All the questions will be in the objective type. All the questions except questions from general Tamil/English will be in degree standard. The questions from general Tamil or English will be in SSLC standard.

The minimum qualifying marks for selection is 272 for others and 204 for SC/ST/BC/MBC, etc. Total marks for each paper is 300 and that for interview is 80. The whole marks for the selection is 680.

Eastern Coalfields Clerk exam Syllabus & Pattern 2016. Here you can know the Syllabus and Pattern for the Eastern Coalfields  Written exam for the Clerk post. So many existing employees of Eastern Coalfields Limited who having at least 3 year experience as on 1st January 2016 have applied for the post Grade-III Clerk. One who does not apply yet can sent the application form to the respective Area GMs or HODs on or before 29th February 2016. The examination date will be notified after the submission of candidates' list to the Chief Manager of ECL on 7th March 2016. Keep the below listed self attested documents because checking and verification will be made any stage of the selection process.

List of self attested documents:

(i) Self attested educational qualifications (Technical and non-technical).,
(ii) Self attested Photo copy of Caste certificate (if claimed) issued by the appropriate authority as per Govt. Guidelines
(iii) Self attested photo copy of the certificates for Persons With Disability(PWD),
(iv) CRs for the last 3 years (CRs will be sought only forthe candidates who are called for computer test),

WRITTEN TEST:
The written exam paper of ECL Clerk will have questions for 60 marks. All the questions will be in choose the best answer type. The topics which the candidates prepare for the exam are General Awareness, English(X level), computer, arithmetic, common knowledge of company and NCWA. Shortlisted candidates will attend the Computer test for 20 marks.

Computer Test:
MS Word, MS Excel and elementary knowledge on Internet, e-mail, printing etc.
